Focused on finding the right solution

DelDOT Planning and Development Coordination Application

The JMT Technology Group designed and developed a web-based, GIS-enabled, Planning and Development Coordination Application (PDCA) for DelDOT to facilitate the review and approval process for Subdivision Record Plans. In addition to tracking development activity throughout its life-cycle, the solution evolved to facilitate and automate the components of a multistep process from the initial traffic impact study to the cost contributions of developers. Using GIS technology, reviewers can now interactively locate and define the boundaries of both projects and offsite improvements and generate reports based on spatial queries. SHA ADA Portal

The ADA portal is a tool for engineers, planners and maintenance staff providing a statewide view of ADA compliance. The portal offers the ability to view locations of pedestrian incidents and fatalities, public and government facilities, as well as, areas where improved mobility for the disabled is needed. These locations, displayed on a map along with non-compliant sidewalks, provide new insight into pedestrian safety issues, allowing SHA to prioritize where the need is the greatest and focus on improvements within those areas. SHA OHD Office Application

The Maryland State Highway Administration's Office of Highway Development manages a vast amount of information pertaining to State roadway projects. Their legacy system consisted of a Microsoft Access database and front-end making. The JMT Technology Group migrated the database to Oracle 10G and developed a web front-end to faciliate the management of roadway projects throughout their full lifecycle. Anne Arundel County Geofile

Anne Arundel County will be implementing a new Emergency 911 Computer Aided Dispatch System to be deployed in 2010.  In support of this new deployment JMT assisted the County in enhancing the GIS Street Centerline feature class to comply with the new E-911 CAD System. This GeoFile will be used as the base map layer for incident address matching and public safety vehicle routing. JMT developed a series of complex models using ArcGIS Model Builder to automate the editing tasks, the ongoing data maintenance, and the conversion process necessary for the new E-911 CAD System. DNR Customer Verification Application

The Department of Natural Resources hired JMT to plan and execute the first phase of the migration from its legacy licensing and registration system to the new COMPASS system. This first phase included the design and development of a new relational database, the cleansing and migration of existing data, and the development of a publicly accessible web application. The Customer Verification website employs a survey format to facilitate Customer participation in the data quality enhancement process. Contact us about this project
