  • Prepare and update Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Project Management Plans (PMP)
  • Serve as main point of contact for assigned projects and provide frequent and direct communication with clients
  • Schedule and lead client meetings (in-person and remote), and prepare agendas and detailed meeting minutes
  • Prepare and submit project deliverables, documentation, progress reports, and invoices
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
