With staff comprised of former owners, managers, and operators of public and private infrastructure, JMT Technology Group provides a unique owner perspective to building and facilities management. JMT Technology Group’s asset management framework focuses on assisting owners with developing uniform strategies for asset inspection, maintenance, and replacement that consider costs and prioritization. We work with owners to identify performance targets and criticality, map interior spaces, periodically assess and analyze asset condition information, and plan for the end of the useful life of an asset with consideration of budgetary requirements.
